We aim to keep information accurate and current, but you should confirm project scope, pricing, timelines, and availability directly before relying on them.

Project terms summary

The public Copper Lane plans are monthly website plans with no upfront build fee. Essentials is £29/month and Local SEO is £49/month while the founding offer is open. Both run on a 12-month minimum term unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Each project is confirmed with a written scope before work starts. Extras such as ecommerce, booking systems, heavy copywriting, brand identity, photography, custom integrations, or additional complex pages are quoted separately before work begins.

Payments and cancellation

Monthly billing starts when the project is accepted and scheduled. If you cancel during the first 12 months, the remaining months of the agreed minimum term may still be payable. After the minimum term, plans continue monthly with 30 days notice unless a separate agreement says otherwise.

If payment is overdue, Copper Lane may pause non-urgent edits, active SEO, support, or new project work until the account is brought up to date.

Ownership

Clients own their website from launch. Domain names, Google accounts, content, and other third-party accounts should sit in the client's name wherever practical. If a client leaves after the minimum term, Copper Lane will provide a reasonable handover of site files and relevant access.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, approvals, content, photos, account access, and feedback in reasonable time. Delays in client content, access, or approvals may move the project timeline while monthly billing continues.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, website copy, design, and assets are owned by Copper Lane or used with permission.
